Flat Fee Listing

• Commission rebates for New construction home anywhere in Texas we keep $1000 from builder's commission and rest credit towards closing
• Commission rebate on resell homes up to 2.5% or more towards closing
• All commission credit is subject to lender, title and broker approval

New Homes:

• Without Agent Engagement for Showings:
  • $1,000 for new homes under $500K
  • $1,500 for new homes above $500K
• With Agent Engagement During First Builder Meeting:
  • $2,500 for new homes

Resale Homes:

• Without Agent Engagement for Showings:
  • 1% fee (includes full support until closing)
• With Agent Engagement for Showings:
  • Starting at 1.5%+

Important Note:

• Once an agent is engaged to show any home (new or resale), the minimum fee is 1%.
